RegistryRail™ operates neutral evidentiary infrastructure for records and declarations, issuing sealed Records that lock declarations at the point of issuance under neutral custody.
Each RegistryRail™ Record produces a sealed Reviewer Copy designed for independent institutional retention, alongside a Live Record URL used by submitters to manage controlled disclosure and chronology.
RegistryRail™ is not a certification service, a marketplace, or a consultancy. It operates as neutral evidentiary infrastructure, providing issuance-time custody, timestamping, and tamper-evident preservation for declarations and milestones.
RegistryRail™ performs a procedural role only. Its function is to lock declarations at issuance by applying neutral timestamping, custody, and tamper-evident integrity protections, producing Records that can be shared by submitters and retained independently by institutions.
The infrastructure exists to support institutional handling of climate-sector declarations, without interpreting, validating, or assessing their substance.
Records are private by default. Each submitter retains full control over visibility and sharing.
Legacy disclosure workflows rely heavily on static PDFs, spreadsheets, email attachments, and fragmented file exchanges that lack neutral custody and reliable time anchoring.
RegistryRail™ addresses this gap by locking declarations at the moment they are issued, creating a contemporaneous evidentiary reference that can later be reviewed, cited, or supplemented without reconstruction.
RegistryRail™ provides custody, timestamping, cryptographic integrity, and citation architecture used to lock declarations at the moment they are made and deliver sealed Records.
RegistryRail™ is sector-agnostic by design. VerifiedClimate™ represents its climate-specific application only.
RegistryRail™ functions as an evidentiary rail, fixing declarations at issuance and enabling independent retention and citation without reliance on any live interface.
Each submission is converted into a sealed RegistryRail™ Record comprising two coordinated outputs: a sealed Reviewer Copy suitable for audit, funding, and regulatory files, alongside a Live Record URL used by submitters to support controlled disclosure and citation within reports and procurement disclosures.
The system operates without logins, proprietary viewers, dashboards, or custom file dependencies. All processing is fully automated, with no human handling and no discretionary intervention.
Each new Record may reference prior Records, enabling an incremental and review-ready chronology of progress while preserving the original authoritative timestamp.
RegistryRail™ operates under a strict neutrality boundary. This neutrality is reinforced by the separation of Live Record access for submitters and sealed Reviewer Copies for institutions, ensuring evidence may be retained without reliance on any live interface.
Certification, regulatory approval, and audit are performed exclusively by independent third parties.
By separating declaration format from declaration assessment, the infrastructure ensures that Records are presented without conflict of interest or role ambiguity.
Once issued, Records cannot be modified. Corrections or updates require the issuance of a new Record that may cite the original.
Corporate governance, legal structure, and formal policies are described in the Legal & Governance section.
RegistryRail™ is designed to support evidentiary handling expectations commonly applied in climate- and sustainability-related regulatory and assurance contexts. The infrastructure does not itself constitute regulatory compliance, sufficiency, or acceptance.
All interpretation, assessment, and regulatory determination remain with institutions, auditors, and regulators.
RegistryRail™ supports use wherever fixed, timestamped records are required.
Common adopters include, but are not limited to; public sector bodies, banks and insurers, finance institutions, carbon market platforms, certification bodies, startups, consortia, and multilateral initiatives operating under complex stakeholder scrutiny.
The infrastructure accommodates disclosures across varying scales and risk profiles without altering institutional review authority. As Records accumulate and cite one another, organisations develop a visible and defensible chain of custody for their declarations.
Each RegistryRail™ Record produces a fixed evidentiary artefact designed for institutional use.
Record outputs include:
• A standards-aligned issuance timestamp and cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) across the complete submission
• A Live Record URL under submitter control to facilitate disclosure and review
• A sealed Reviewer Copy designed for independent retention in audit, compliance, and regulatory working papers
The sealed Reviewer Copy mirrors the evidentiary state of the Live Record at issuance and remains valid irrespective of subsequent access, sharing, or lifecycle of the Live Record URL.
Live Record URLs support controlled disclosure, while the sealed Reviewer Copy constitutes the durable evidentiary artefact retained within institutional files. No proprietary viewers, software, or credentials are required.
RegistryRail™ Records are priced at €100 per Record.
From time to time, introductory pricing may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
All Records, irrespective of pricing tier, carry identical structural, custody, and integrity characteristics.
RegistryRail™ operates exclusively on ISO/IEC 27001-certified and SOC-audited infrastructure providers.
All issuance, custody, and delivery functions are automated. No local data storage or manual processing is involved.
Security controls include encryption in transit and at rest, cryptographic hashing at issuance, auditable logs, and strict access governance.
Where required, the Company can provide institutional assurance materials describing operational controls and relevant supplier certifications.
Neutral Trust Infrastructure for Records and Declarations.
By locking declarations at issuance and producing institution-retained evidentiary artefacts, the infrastructure enables review without reconstruction, and process without persuasion or dependency.
